Video: Cocaine sells Toilets
Its not often that a toilet manufacturer takes a real risk with there advertising dollars, but when they do. Why not go big right? Check out this commercial. Reminds me the Meatpacking district, but cleaner.
video: Justice on Jimmy Kimmel
Well it appears that D.A.N.C.E. has completely made it mainstream, making it to the late night talk shows. It’s great though! Get more people into good music and fun parties.
Went down to the Banks this weekend to check out some of my comrades perform bike tricks in honor of the Mash SF premier. I am no filmmaker, but I saw my old digital 8 camcorder sitting alone that Sunday morning so I decided to film it. Edited in iMovie. Ghetto style, but shows off some east coast talent.
Bus Stop Rave Flash Mob
Those crazy guys are at it again making urban culture a hell of a lot more fun. Check out this 7 min clip of them converting a Muni stop in SF to a portable rave. Pretty cool stuff… Would love to get this shit started in NYC.
In the small town of Northampton (pop. 30,000) a group of bicyclists banded together to form a pedal powered garbage/recycling hauling service for their town who outsources residential garbage pickup.
Amazingly they work year round in all conditions for very competitive $30 weekly rate. This beats my current $200/mo garbage service here in NYC by far.
This is the first time I have heard of bicyclist’s doing this but I sincerly hope that more towns will pick it up, or maybe the Pedal People can franchise out the business. NYC could benefit from this greatly.
